A simple ways to control anger


Everybody gets angry today and out-of-control rage isn't good for you or for  those around you. and many ways how to control your anger when you can't control it, you need to stop whatever your trying to do, like going to drive or going to place that too noisy that increase your anger, instead go the place that you can relax and  there's a lot places and many ways to decrease and cure your anger and you need to do it before you get havoc and maybe provoking 
people around you. here is one important way how to decrease it. "take a deep breath many times" this is one way to reduce it and until it fades your anger, deep breathing is effective way how to decrease the risk of increasing of your angry feelings. "count 1 to 10" also this is one more effective way according to my experience, counting 1  to 10 can reduced the risk of being angry and the effect is good.


angry is natural to us human, it is a expression that we cant prevent but we can control.
